If we wait for some more days, and then go, then we can have a good time.
On Saturday we made ‘Foods from the Quran’ boxes for family and friends. We made a card that went with it listing all 6 food items with their Quran reference and benefits for eating them. Each box had a pomegranate, fresh figs, red grapes, honey, olives and dates. After iftar, my mum and dad went to drop off the boxes to everyone.
We were at the beach one Saturday morning and asked our parents if we could swim in the sea. Mummy suggested not to as the sea had lots of rocks and pebbles on the ground. We said it wasn’t fair as others were swimming! After insisting on going in, mummy agreed. About 15 minutes into having fun, Hawra hit her big toe on a hard sharp rock and was in a lot of pain with it bleeding. We then realized that we should have listened to mum and not swam today!
My younger sister Zahra got upset when she couldn’t find her cuddly toy. I had hidden it as a joke but had forgotten where! I asked for forgiveness after finally finding it!!
I said alhamdullilah for our yummy food we ate at Iftar, for being able to go school and having a good day and for being able to celebrate my birthday with close family
We make each other happy. We enjoy playing together (of course we fight at times too!) and feel empty if we are apart. Sisters forever, best friends forever 💞
