Challenge Day 10 – Giving charity

Mehdi and Yahya – We are still sorting out toys that we can give away to charity. We gave some money to charity so other families can buy food and clothes.

Fizza – Salaam aunty Erum, i gave these things to my maids..(Some butter and Chocolates)

Masooma – Salam Erum aunty,

Today we discussed what I am grateful for from Allah swt and what I could do to help those in need. I’ve decided to sort my toys into those that I no longer need and are in a good condition like the (7 balls in the garden) and donate them to a childrens charity.

Assalaamu alaikum children,

I hope you are all well. I am so happy with all the work you have been sending in. It is great to see that you are all making the right choices and working towards being great Muslims and role models. May Allah protect you all Insha’Allah. Keep up the great work. All those children who have been sending work in will soon be receiving a Bronze certificate for taking part in the first 10 days of the challenge. After 20 days you will receive a Silver certificate and then at the end a Gold certificate, so keep the work coming in.
Stay safe.

Wsalaam,

Aunty Erum

Challenge Day 7 – Not to get angry or annoy anyone.

Fatima – I made sure I finish my work without upsetting my mum

Shireen – I didn’t get angry on my cousin when he took the remote
I was told to prayed and did it immediately.

Hassan – I didn’t get anger on 2 things today
When I hade to share with my sister
And when my mother told to give her what I got from the shop for after breakfast

Yahya – Today I tried my best to not annoy or upset anyone. I found it very hard as we are stuck at home and couldn’t go in the garden because of the rain. My younger brothers always want the toys I am playing with so it’s a challenge to control my anger. However I did listen to my parents most of the time. I will try my best again tomorrow inshaAllah.

Mehdi – Today I tried my best to not annoy or upset anyone. My youger brothers always want the toys I am playing with so it’s a challenge to control my anger. However I did listen to my parents most of the time whenever they askem me to do something. I will try my best again tomorrow inshaAllah.

Assalaamu alaikum,

Thank you for sharing your lovely Sunrise and Sunset art work. They were all so lovely, I was amazed. I wish I could print them all out and put them up in my house. As our video was a little long today I did not get to share the rest of the ‘Ramadan Rules’ but I have put up the video in the ‘Challenge Gallery’, so please have a look.

InshaAllah I am trying to find a way for the work you submit to be uploaded straight onto our website to make it easier and quicker for you all to see the work. Also on our challenge blog for each days challenge I have added a ‘Comment’ box so that you can write straight onto the website how you have progressed with the challenge.

I am so proud of you all and am sure that Allah will be rewarding you all for your hard work. Keep the work coming :). Stay safe and well inshaAllah.

Wsalaam,

Aunty Erum
